ČEZ, a. s. signs an amendment to Sustainability-Linked Facility Agreement with CaixaBank

On 11 April 2025, ČEZ, a. s. concluded with CaixaBank, S.A. (Spółka Akcyjna) Oddział w Polsce an amendment to the loan agreement from July 2024. The amount of the loan increases by EUR 50 million to the total EUR 150 million, maturity of the loan remains in July 2029, the loan is linked to the fulfilment of the 2025 carbon emission intensity target.
