Dividend for 2024
On 21 May 2025, the Board of Directors of Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s. ("the Company") decided to submit a proposal to the General Meeting of the Company to approve a dividend of CZK 21 per share before tax for the year 2024. The dividend amount paid out to the shareholders shall be reduced by the advanced dividend for 2024 in the amount of CZK 7.50 per share before tax based on the decision of the Company's Board of Directors dated 8 October 2024.
The date of the General Meeting was set at 25 June 2025. The relevant date for participation in the General Meeting is 18 June 2025 and for exercising the right to dividend 4 July 2025.
