Telekom Slovenije, d.d., and Akton, d.o.o., Sign an Agreement on Settling Mutual Relations

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby notifies the public that it has signed an agreement on settling mutual relations with Akton, d.o.o. By signing this Agreement the companies settled their open issues between one another, so that the companies do not have any obligations towards one another related to the disputed mutual relations. Telekom Slovenije, d.d., will not reveal any details of the signed agreement. 

The announcement will also be available on Telekom Slovenije’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
