Telekom Slovenije, d.d., and the Law Firm Rojs, Peljhan, Prelesnik & Partners, o. p., d. o. o., Reach a Settlement

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby informs the public that it has reached a court settlement with the law firm Rojs, Peljhan, Prelesnik & Partners. By signing the court settlement the companies finally settled all relations between them related to the litigation between the plaintiff Rojs, Peljhan, Prelesnik & Partners and the defendant Telekom Slovenije, d.d., over the payment of €5,090,999.47 with interest and other charges (contestable due to the payment of €4,532,542.84 with interest and other charges), and are now free of any obligations towards each other arising from this case. Telekom Slovenije, d.d., will not reveal any details of the signed settlement.

This notification will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for at least 5 years after it is published.
