Telekom Slovenije, d.d. receives a Ljubljana District Court decision

Pursuant to provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and applicable legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, herewith informs the public,

that, on 29 August 2016, the company received a Ljubljana District Court decision of 13 May 2016 in the commercial dispute of the plaintiff Telekom Slovenije, d.d. against the defendants Bojan Dremelj, Dušan Mitič, Filip Ogris Martič, Željko Puljić in Darja Senica, for the payment of EUR 7,635,500.00 with appertaining costs, in which the court fully rejects the claim, and  imposes on Telekom Slovenije, d.d. to refund the costs of the proceedings to the defendants and their third party interveners.

Telekom Slovenije, d.d. is considering the received decision, and will timely inform the public and the shareholders on its further steps regarding the matter.

The announcement will also be available at the company website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
