Telekom Slovenije, d.d. appeals against decision of the Ljubljana District Court

Pursuant to provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and applicable legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d. herewith publishes the following notification:

Based on the opinion by the law firm Ilić & Partnerji o.p.d.o.o., which was appointed as the company's special representative by decision of the Telekom Slovenije, d.d. General Meeting of 3 March 2012, on 12 September 2016 Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, filed an appeal against the Ljubljana District Court Decision of 13 May 2016, received by Telekom Slovenije, d.d. on 29 August 2016, in the commercial dispute of the plaintiff  Telekom Slovenije, d.d. against the defendants Bojan Dremelj, Dušan Mitič, Filip Ogris Martič, Željko Puljić and Darja Senica, for the payment of  7,635,500.00 EUR with appertaining costs. In the aforementioned decision the court fully rejected the claim of Telekom Slovenije, d.d.

The announcement will also be available at the company website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
