Telekom Slovenije, d.d. receives a Ljubljana Higher Court decision regarding the proposal for renewal of the procedure filed by T-2, d.o.o.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the applicable legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, herewith informs the public that, on 22 September 2016, the company received a decision from the Ljubljana Higher Court. In the decision the court rejects the complaint filed by T-2, d.o.o., in which the company aimed to renew the procedure which had been finally decided in favour of Telekom Slovenije, d.d. on 21 November 2013.

In this final decision, the Ljubljana Higher Court upheld the first degree court decision, rejecting the claim of T-2, d.o.o., for the payment of compensation in the amount of EUR 129,556,756.00.

The announcement will also be available at the Telekom Slovenije website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
