Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 25 July 2014, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 23 December 2016 up to and including 30 December 2016. Krka acquired 9,860 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 510,647 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 23 December: 2,826 shares at an average weighted price of 50.99 EUR,

- on 27 December:    268 shares at an average weighted price of 50.79 EUR,

- on 28 December: 3,289 shares at an average weighted price of 51.41 EUR,

- on 29 December:    267 shares at an average weighted price of 51.83 EUR,

- on 30 December: 3,210 shares at an average weighted price of 52.97 EUR.

SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 486,747 representing 1.484% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 496,607 representing 1.514% of all shares issued.
