Two Rulings of the Ljubljana District Court

Pursuant to Article 17, Paragraph 1, of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, Article 136 of the Market in Financial Instruments Act (ZTFI), and the provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby notifies the public that on 2 March 2017 it received a ruling from the Ljubljana District Court, issued on 28 February 2017 in the commercial dispute between the plaintiff Telemach d.o.o. and the defendant Telekom Slovenije, d.d., over the payment of EUR 1,392,153.00 with interest and other charges, and the ruling, issued on 1 March 2017 for the payment under a modified claim in the amount of EUR 86,186,000.00 with interest and other charges. With these two rulings the competent court has ruled that the plaintiff’s claims be rejected, and the said rulings are also in accordance with the agreement on settling mutual relations between Telekom Slovenije, d.d., and Telemach d.o.o. signed on 27 February 2017.
