Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 25 July 2014, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 3 March 2017 up to and including 9 March 2017. Krka acquired 5,129 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 269,973 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 3 March:  1,574 shares at an average weighted price of EUR 51.90,

- on 6 March:  3,555 shares at an average weighted price of EUR 52.91.

SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 525,745 representing 1.603% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 530,874 representing 1.619% of all shares issued.
