Matjaž Titan resigns as a Member of NLB Supervisory Board

Today, 21 April, NLB Supervisory Board was at its correspondence meeting informed of Matjaž Titan’s resignation statement.

They also agreed with his proposal of a shorter notice period and by consequence his function as a member of NLB Supervisory Board terminates at the end of the day.

The supervisory board of NLB d.d. will continue operating with six members.
