Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 25 July 2014, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 16 June 2017 up to and including 22 June 2017. Krka acquired 5,655 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 306,546 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 16 June:  1,005 shares at an average weighted price of EUR 53.60,

- on 19 June:  1,044 shares at an average weighted price of EUR 53.70,

- on 20 June:     790 shares at an average weighted price of EUR 54.00,

- on 21 June:  1,612 shares at an average weighted price of EUR 54.68 and

- on 22 June:  1,204 shares at an average weighted price of EUR 54.66.

SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 553,441 representing 1.688% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 559,096 representing 1.705% of all shares issued.
