Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 16 August 2017 up to and including 24 August 2017. Krka acquired 5,333 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 298,099 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 16 August:    1,038 shares at an average weighted price of EUR 54.65,

- on 17 August:    2,049 shares at an average weighted price of EUR 54.85,

- on 18 August:       159 shares at an average weighted price of EUR 55.24,

- on 21 August:        70 shares at an average weighted price of EUR 55.98,

- on 22 August:      205 shares at an average weighted price of EUR 56.05,

- on 23 August:        88 shares at an average weighted price of EUR 56.20 and

- on 24 August:    1,724 shares at an average weighted price of EUR 57.92.   

SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 570,352 representing 1.739% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 575,685 representing 1.755% of all shares issued.
