Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 25 August 2017 up to and including 31 August 2017. Krka acquired 15,268 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 877,878 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 25 August:  1,870 shares at an average weighted price of EUR 58.10,

- on 28 August:  2,850 shares at an average weighted price of EUR 58.12,

- on 29 August:  1,220 shares at an average weighted price of EUR 57.65,

- on 30 August:  2,665 shares at an average weighted price of EUR 57.33 and

- on 31 August:  6,663 shares at an average weighted price of EUR 57.10. 

SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 575,685 representing 1.755% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 593,953 representing 1.802% of all shares issued.
