Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 15 September 2017 up to and including 21 September 2017. Krka acquired 13,193 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 731,555 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 15 September: 4,666 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.50,

- on 18 September: 3,399 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.35,

- on 19 September: 1,901 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.25,

- on 20 September: 2,005 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.60 and

- on 21 September: 1,222 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.60.   

SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 618,697 representing 1.887% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 631,890 representing 1.927% of all shares issued.
