PanSlovenian Shareholders' Association (VZMD) action for annulment

On 26 September 2017 Krka, d. d., Novo mesto (hereafter Krka) received the action for annulment from the Novo mesto District Court filed by the PanSlovenian Shareholders' Association (VZMD) to cancel the Annual General Meeting resolution under item 5.2. from 6 July 2017. With this resolution Hans-Helmut Fabry was elected as a member of the Supervisory Board of Krka. Krka will respond to the received action for annulment in the set deadline.
