Notification of major holdings

On 13 October 2017 Krka, d. d., Novo mesto was informed by Allianz ZB d. o. o., društvo za upravljanje obveznim mirovinskim fondovima, Heinzelova 70, 1000 Zagreb, Croatia, that on 9 October 2017 it disposed shares with voting rights with the symbol KRKG (ISIN: SI0031102120) on behalf of Krka’s shareholders AZ mandatory pension fund category A and AZ mandatory pension fund category B.

Before the disposal stated shareholders had 5.08% of direct voting rights attached to shares. Before the disposal stated shareholders held no indirect voting rights attached to shares and no voting rights trough financial instruments.

After the disposal stated shareholders have 1,636,866 of direct voting rights attached to shares with the symbol KRKG, representing 4.99% of direct voting rights, all attached to shares with the symbol KRKG. After the disposal they have no indirect voting rights attached to shares and no voting rights trough financial instruments.
