Telekom Slovenije, d.d. and IZI mobil d.d. settle mutual relations

Pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, Article 136 of the Financial Instruments Market Act (ZTFI), the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby announces that the company has signed the Agreement on Settling Mutual Relations with IZI mobil d.d., Ljubljana. Pursuant to the mentioned agreement, beginning with 1 January 2018, the prepaid end-user contracts of IZI mobil d.d., Ljubljana as well as the trademarks and signs of IZI mobil goods and services will be transferred to the company Telekom Slovenije, d.d., and other mutual relations will be settled.

After 1 January 2018, the prepaid customers of IZI mobil, d.d., Ljubljana will continue to enjoy the uninterrupted use of all their services in the network of Telekom Slovenije, d.d. The services will also continue to be provided within the same tariffs and prices and under the IZI mobil brand until further notice.

This announcement will also be accessible on Telekom Slovenije, d.d.’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of no less than 5 years from the date of publication.
