Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 24 November 2017 up to and including 30 November 2017. Krka acquired 6,917 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 372,924 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 24 November: 1,318 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 54.61,

- on 27 November: 1,339 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 53.97,

- on 28 November: 1,412 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 53.69,

- on 29 November: 1,439 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 53.48    and

- on 30 November: 1,409 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 53.88.

SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 660,236 representing 2.013% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 667,153 representing 2.034% of all shares issued.
