Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 8 December 2017 up to and including 14 December 2017. Krka acquired 9,702 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 524,434 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 8 December:   2,020 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 54.40,

- on 11 December: 2,038 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 53.73,

- on 12 December: 2,036 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 54.00,

- on 13 December: 1,767 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 54.02 and

- on 14 December: 1,841 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 54.13.

SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 672,029 representing 2.049% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 681,731 representing 2.079% of all shares issued.
