Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 15 December 2017 up to and including 21 December 2017. Krka acquired 7,416 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 405,546 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 15 December: 100 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 54.60,

- on 18 December: 2,105 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 54.52,

- on 19 December: 1,928 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 54.85,

- on 20 December: 2,128 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 54.70 and

- on 21 December: 1,155 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 54.69.   

SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 681,731 representing 2.079% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 689,147 representing 2.101% of all shares issued.
