The S&P confirms Telekom Slovenije, d.d.’s credit rating as BB+

Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 17 of the Regulation (EU) no 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, Article 136 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

On 5 January 2018 the S&P credit rating agency once more assigned the BB+ rating to Telekom Slovenije, d.d., keeping its outlook as stable. According to the S&P Global Ratings, the stable outlook on Telekom Slovenije, d.d. reflects their expectation that, despite the intense market competition, the company will defend its leading domestic market position in mobile and fixed segments. The S&P also expects Telekom Slovenije to successfully complete the planned network extension and upgrade, and with new services maintain its revenues and the EBITDA.

This notification shall be accessible on the website of Telekom Slovenije (www.telekom.si) for the period of five years.
