Notification of major holdings

On 22 January 2018 Krka, d. d., Novo mesto was informed by Allianz SE, Koeniginstrasse 28, 80802 Munich, Germany (hereafter Allianz SE), that on 18 January 2018  its share of voting rights decreased to 4.99% due to disposal of shares with voting rights with the symbol KRKG (ISIN: SI0031102120).

Before the disposal Allianz SE had 5.08% of indirect voting rights attached to shares. Before the disposal Allianz SE held no direct voting rights attached to shares and no voting rights trough financial instruments.

After the disposal Allianz SE has 1,635,043 of indirect voting rights attached to shares with the symbol KRKG, representing 4.99% of indirect voting rights, all attached to shares with the symbol KRKG. After the disposal Allianz SE has no direct voting rights attached to shares and no voting rights trough financial instruments.
