Election of the substitute member representing employees in the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d.

Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, Article 136 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

Works Council of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., elected Urban Škrjanc as the substitute member representing employees in the company’s Supervisory Board at its session on 14 February 2018. Urban Škrjanc was appointed as an employee representative in the Supervisory Board to replace Dean Žigon who resigned from the board on 22 January 2018. Škrjanc’s term will end together with other employee representative’s term on 14 November 2021.

This notification will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for at least 5 years.
