Changes to the 2018 Financial Calendar

Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, Article 136 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

Telekom Slovenije, d.d. hereby publishes changes to its Financial Calendar for 2018. The change applies to the date of publication of the notice on the 29th General Meeting, and the information about the operations of Telekom Slovenije Group and the company Telekom Slovenije, d.d, for 2017, which was planned for 1 March 2018. The event has been deleted from the 2018 Financial Calendar.

The amended 2018 Financial Calendar is attached.

This notification will also be available on the company’s website www.telekom.si for a period of at least 5 years.
