Telekom Slovenije Receives the Decision of the Ljubljana Higher Court

Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, Article 136 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby informs the public that on 5 March 2018 it received the Ljubljana Higher Court’s decision of 15 February 2018, in the lawsuit between the plaintiff Telekom Slovenije, d.d., and the defendants Bojan Dremelj, Dušan Mitič, Filip Ogris Martič, Željko Puljić and Darja Senica, for the payment of €7,635,500.00 with interest and other charges.

With this decision, the Ljubljana High Court granted the appeal of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., annulling the appealed ruling and returning the case to the first instance court for a retrial.

This notification will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for at least 5 years after it is published.
