Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Increases Capital in IPKO Telecommunications LLC

Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, Article 136 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby informs the public that the company increased its share capital in IPKO Telecommunications LLC today in the amount of EUR 15 million. A prior consent to the capital increase was also given by the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d.

IPKO, which marked its 10th anniversary of operation in 2017, is the leading provider of fixed services in Kosovo with a market share of 47% in fixed broadband connections, and with over 750,000 users and a market share of 35.1% in the mobile telephony market.

This notification will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years from publishing.
