Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 31 August 2018 up to and including 7 September 2018. Krka acquired 5,299 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 301,485 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 31 August 2018:     1,068   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 57.60

- on 3 September 2018:   589   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 57.10       

- on 4 September 2018: 1,197   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 56.80

- on 5 September 2018: 1,192   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 56.56 and

- on 6 September 2018: 1,253   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 56.60.

SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 800,643 representing 2.441% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 805,942 representing 2.458% of all shares issued.
