Response to Media Reports

Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, Article 136 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

Some media reported in the afternoon of 11 September 2018 and on 12 September 2018 on a conclusion of a potential settlement between Telekom Slovenije, d.d., and T-2, d.o.o., referring to unofficial sources. Telekom Slovenije, d.d., would like to clarify that we inform our shareholders and other interested parties of any such concluded activities regularly and promptly, and in accordance with the rules for companies with shares in the prime market, which means that we notify the public if and when an event occurs. Telekom Slovenije, d.d., will not comment on any speculations.

This notification will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
