The election of new employee representatives into the Supervisory Board

Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, Article 136 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

On 18 September 2018, the Works Council of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., recalled Samo Podgornik, Primož Per and Urban Škrjanc as Supervisory Board members representing the employees, and starting with 19 September 2018 elected Drago Kijevčanin, Dušan Pišek and Jana Žižek Kuhar in their place. The term of the employee representatives in the Supervisory Board expires on 14 November 2021.

This notification will also be available on the company’s website (http://www.telekom.si/en) for a period of at least 5 years.
