Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 21 September 2018 up to and including 27 September 2018. Krka acquired 5,374 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 299,876 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 21 September 2018:    1,243  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 56.50

- on 24 September 2018:    1,208  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 56.00       

- on 25 September 2018:    1,164  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.95

- on 26 September 2018:    1,119  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.00 and

- on 27 September 2018:       640  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.20

SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 814,740 representing 2.484% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 820,114 representing 2.501% of all shares issued.
