Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 28 September 2018 up to and including 4 October 2018. Krka acquired 5,692 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 314,794 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 28 September 2018:  1,427   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.00

- on 1 October 2018:         1,235  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.24       

- on 2 October 2018:         1,419  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.50

- on 3 October 2018:            330   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.00 and

- on 4 October 2018:         1,281   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.57

SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 820,114 representing 2.501% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 825,806 representing 2.518% of all shares issued.
