Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 5 October 2018 up to and including 11 October 2018. Krka acquired 6,478 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 359,262 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 5 October 2018:   1,335  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.55

- on 8 October 2018:   1,327  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.60       

- on 9 October 2018:   1,194  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.65

- on 10 October 2018: 1,071  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.40 and

- on 11 October 2018: 1,551  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.15

SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 825,806 representing 2.518% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 832,284 representing 2.538% of all shares issued.
