Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 12 October 2018 up to and including 18 October 2018. Krka acquired 8,225 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 451,320 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 12 October 2018: 1,630  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.00

- on 15 October 2018: 1,464  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.08       

- on 16 October 2018: 1,665  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 54.94

- on 17 October 2018: 1,697  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 54.60 and

- on 18 October 2018: 1,769  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 54.77

SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 832,284 representing 2.538% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 840,509 representing 2.563% of all shares issued.
