Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 19 October 2018 up to and including 22 October 2018.

On 22 October Krka acquired 267 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 14,738 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange at a weighted average price of EUR 55.20. SKB d.d. was a broker in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 840,509 representing 2.563% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 840,776 representing 2.564% of all shares issued.
