Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 22 November 2018 up to and including 29 November 2018. Krka acquired 8,852 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 486,996 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 22 November 2018:  3,128  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 54.78

- on 23 November 2018:  2,338  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 54.99       

- on 26 November 2018:     348  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.11

- on 27 November 2018:      64  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.00 and

- on 28 November 2018:  2,974 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.27

SKB d.d., NLB d.d. and Ilirika d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 840,776 representing 2.564% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 849,628 representing 2.591% of all shares issued.
