Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 30 November 2018 up to and including 6 December 2018. Krka acquired 11,082 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 615,108 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 30 November 2018:    3,537   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.60

- on 3 December 2018:      1,168   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.60       

- on 4 December 2018:      3,209   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.54 and

- on 5 December 2018:      3,168   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.33.

SKB d.d., NLB d.d. and Ilirika d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 849,628 representing 2.591% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 860,710 representing 2.625% of all shares issued.
