Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 7 December 2018 up to and including 14 December 2018. Krka acquired 16,422 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 905,377 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 7 December 2018:      3,361   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.35

- on 10 December 2018:    3,004   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.20       

- on 11 December 2018:    3,053   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.00

- on 12 December 2018:    3,213   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 54.65

- on 13 December 2018:       923   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.40 and

- on 14 December 2018:    2,868   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.40

SKB d.d., NLB d.d. and Ilirika d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 860,710 representing 2.625% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 877,132 representing 2.675% of all shares issued.
