Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 21 December 2018 up to and including 3 January 2019. Krka acquired 12,769 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 726,116 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 21 December 2018:   2,932   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.59

- on 27 December 2018:   2,000   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 56.60       

- on 28 December 2018:   3,850   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 57.07 and

- on 3 January 2019:        3,987   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 57.74

SKB d.d., NLB d.d. and Ilirika d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 888,515 representing 2.709% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 901,284 representing 2.748% of all shares issued.
