Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 11 January 2019 up to and including 17 January 2019. Krka acquired 15,406 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 892,336 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 11 January 2019:     929   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 57.55

- on 14 January 2019:     774   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 57.60       

- on 15 January 2019:  4,547   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 57.90

- on 16 January 2019:  4,564   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 57.99 and

- on 17 January 2019:  4,592   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 58.00

SKB d.d., NLB d.d. and Ilirika d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 907,325 representing 2.767% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 922,731 representing 2.814% of all shares issued.
