Telekom Slovenije Concludes the Sale of Its 100-% Stake in Blicnet d.o.o., Banja Luka

Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, Article 136 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby informs the public that it concluded the sale of its 100-% stake in Blicnet d.o.o., Banja Luka on 31 January 2019. The purchase fee significantly exceeds the book value of the investment. Telekom Slovenije, d.d., will announce the total value of the purchase fee after determining the adjustment figures.

Telekom Slovenije, d.d., and “Telekomunikacije Republike Srpske“ akcionarsko društvo Banja Luka signed the agreement on the sale of the 100-% stake in Blicnet d.o.o., Banja Luka on 2 October 2018.

The sale of Blicnet d.o.o. is in accord with Telekom Slovenije Group’s adopted 2018–2022 Strategic Business Plan.

This notification will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for at least 5 years after it is published.
