Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 11 February 2019 up to and including 18 February 2019. Krka acquired 16,204 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 936,558 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 11 February 2019:    1,612   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 57.60

- on 12 February 2019:    1,126   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 57.58       

- on 13 February 2019:    2,398   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 57.93  

- on 14 February 2019:    4,082   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 57.79

- on 15 February 2019:    3,995   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 57.60 and

- on 18 February 2019:    2,991   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 58.16       

SKB d.d., NLB d.d. and Ilirika d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 953,589 representing 2.908% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 969,793 representing 2.957% of all shares issued.
