Response of the Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Supervisory Board and Management Board to the Disclosure of the Content of the Forensic Audit Report

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

The Supervisory Board and the Management Board of the Telekom Slovenije, d.d., has been carefully following the media reports on the forensic audit report that the current Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Management Board commissioned for the 2007–2015 period. Both, the Supervisory Board and the Supervisory Board’s audit commission thoroughly discussed this forensic audit report with the Management Board, and based on this prepared several recommendations, introducing additional internal controls in Telekom Slovenije, d.d. As the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., has already explained, all the documentation related to the business deals that the forensic audit report has reviewed have been handed over to the competent law enforcement authorities. It should be especially noted that the forensic audit report does not incriminate any of the current members of the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije d.d., nor any other person currently employed with the company. In according with the above, the Supervisory Board and Management Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., will wait for the findings of the investigation conducted by the competent law enforcement authorities before pursuing any further actions.

The announcement will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
