NLB d.d., Ljubljana (hereinafter: the Issuer) in accordance with Condition 3.5 (f) of the subordinated notes with ticker NLB27 and ISIN code SI0022103855 (hereinafter: the Notes), hereby announces that the Margin is equal to 4.159%.
