Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 3 June 2019 up to and including 6 June 2019. Krka acquired 9,564 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 586,175 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 3 June 2019:    3,079  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 61.50

- on 4 June 2019:    3,252  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 61.38  

- on 5 June 2019:      717   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 61.00 and  

- on 6 June 2019:    2,516  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 61.00

SKB d.d., NLB d.d. and Ilirika d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 980,171 representing 2.989% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 989,735 representing 3.018% of all shares issued.
