Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 7 June 2019 up to and including 13 June 2019. Krka acquired 17,691 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 1,090,660.60 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 7 June 2019:     3,353   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 61.40

- on 10 June 2019:   3,331   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 61.40

- on 11 June 2019:   3,492   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 61.75

- on 12 June 2019:   3,534   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 61.97 and

- on 13 June 2019:   3,981   shares at a weighted average price of EUR 61.70

SKB d.d., NLB d.d. and Ilirika d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 989,735 representing 3.018% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 1,007,426 representing 3.072% of all shares issued.
