29th Regular Meeting of Telekom Slovenije’s Supervisory Board

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

At its 29th regular meeting held on Friday, 13 September 2019, Telekom Slovenije’s Supervisory Board appointed Barbara Kürner Čad as the new President of the Supervisory Board, and for her deputies Barbara Gorjup as the shareholders’ representative. Drago Kijevčanin is president deputyas the workers’ representative.

Telekom Slovenije’s Supervisory Board, in accordance with the Worker Participation in Management Act, and at the proposal of the Works Council of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., appointed Špela Fortin as Management Board Member – Workers Director. Špela Fortin who was employed in the Mass Market strategic unit will begin her 4-year term on 14 September 2019.

The announcement will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
