Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 9 September 2019 up to and including 13 September 2019. Krka acquired 13,798 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 840,323 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 9 September 2019:    3,274  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 60.60,

- on 10 September 2019:  3,351  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 60.65,

- on 11 September 2019:  1,440  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 60.76

- on 12 September 2019:  2,733  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 60.80 and

- on 13 September 2019:  3,000  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 61.67

SKB d.d., NLB d.d. and Ilirika d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 1,063,341 representing 3.243% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 1,077,139 representing 3.285% of all shares issued.
