Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 16 September 2019 up to and including 20 September 2019. Krka acquired 14,215 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 872,009 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 16 September 2019:   3,641  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 61.65

- on 17 September 2019:   3,680  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 60.80

- on 18 September 2019:   1,806  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 61.00

- on 19 September 2019:   1,336  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 61.36 and

- on 20 September 2019:   3,752  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 61.74

SKB d.d., NLB d.d. and Ilirika d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 1,077,139 representing 3.285% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 1,091,354 representing 3.328% of all shares issued.
