Telekom Slovenije, d.d. established a subsidiary SIOL Prishtina L.L.C.

Pursuant to provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation Telekom Slovenije, d.d., publishes the following notification:

With the purpose of an integrated management of the regional optic fibre network, Telekom Slovenije, d.d. has established a new subsidiary SIOL Prishtina L.L.C., which is 100 % owned by Telekom Slovenije, d.d. The company SIOL Prishtina L.L.C. was entered into the business register of Kosovo on 16 October 2019. Matjaž Pogačnik was appointed as the director of the company.

This notification will be also available on the company website (www.telekom.si) for a minimum period of 5 years.
